The Red Tour

A close-up view of Lisbon - the Red Tour:

Lisbon offers one of the most original sightseeing experiences you will ever enjoy. A fun and autonomous way of getting around, at your own pace with orientation and local information about historical places. The goal is to help travellers get closer to the sights than a bus would. This way you are assured you don’t miss the city's best kept secrets, while saving your energy so you can see more and enjoy the views.

Lisbon is an irregular city so, getting around can be a bit of a challenge, and most of the main attractions are pretty spread out. They may appear close to one another on a map when they're actually on different levels. It takes time to cover places and the walk can be very steep and uncomfortable. With this in mind the Red Tour allows you to rent segways and buggies and take guided tours around the most emblematic parts of the city. The vehicles are fully equipped with a GPS system that enables you to get to know the city while a parallel audio program explains the main areas of interest as you pass by them, functioning as a fully independent guided tour you will never forget.

You can rent this one-of-a-kind tourism experience at Rua dos Franqueiros, 18 and 22, 1100 Lisboa (near the Metro station Terreiro do Paço - blue line). The following tours are available:
